I enjoyed my stay at Goom Hotel Nakasu. The location was perfect for shopping, and the water pressure in the shower was great. I did find the beds a bit hard and the room could use more thorough cleaning.

But honestly, I was pretty disappointed with the cleanliness. Underneath the bed was filthy, which really put a damper on things. Plus, I felt weird about the lack of on-site staff—losing my umbrella and having no help was frustrating. Not ideal for a getaway!

The ironing facilities, heating, air conditioning, and dressing area were all top-notch. The free Wi-Fi in the rooms was a great bonus, allowing us to stay connected throughout our stay. We were also impressed with the staff, who were friendly and helpful. we had a fantastic experience.
